Panagiota Giannouli, is Technical and Laboratory Staff of the Department Economics and Sustainable Development at Harokopio University of Athens. She received her BSc in Home Economics and Ecology, and her MSc in Sustainable Development from the Department of Home Economics and Ecology, specializing in Local Development. She is member of the Laboratory of Human Ecology since 2000.
