Eleni Pastrapa is Laboratory Teaching Staff at the Department of Economics and Sustainable Development of Harokopio University of Athens. She graduated of the Department of Home Economics and Ecology. Also, she has a master’s degree with Honours in Sustainable Development and a Ph.D. of the Department of Home Economics and Ecology of Harokopio University of Athens. She teaches economics and management. Her research fields include economics, economic behavior of households and several aspects of entrepreneurship, local development and sustainability.
She was sciendific manager of the project entitled: “Possible Local Development Paths of the Sustainable, the CUltural and the SMart City -SUMcity” which was funded by the MODY Harokopio University of Athens.
